Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 18 years & maximum 64 years as on 01-01-2015.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th standard with ANM for S.No.1 post, B.Sc Nursing OR GNM Course for S.No.2 & 3 posts, D.M.L.T. or B.M.L.T. course for S.No.4 post, MBBS/ equivalent for S.No.5 post, PG Degree/ Diploma in Psychology for S.No.6 & 7 posts, B.Sc (Home Science) for S.No.8 post, 5th class for S.No.9 post, 8th class for S.No.10 post, MBA/ MSW with 1 year Computer Diploma for S.No.11 post, Graduation & PGDCA for S.No.12 post. Selection Process: Selection will be based on Screening test, Skill test/ Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates (For < 25000/- salary per month) have to pay Rs. 200/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates & Rs. 400/- for Others, Candidates (For > 25000/- salary per month) have to pay Rs. 350/- for PH/ SC/ ST/ Women candidates & Rs. 650/- for Others through Demand Draft, in any Nationalized Bank in favour of “District Health Society, RCH Flexi pool Jashpur”. All the candidates have to pay Bank Charges along with Demand Draft.
